Step 1 - Take the Class

Complete the State approved Concealed Carry course at Shoothouse USA. Course will meet all State requirements PLUS:

• FREE - 2 complete sets of fingerprints
• FREE - Indoor qualifying (no need to spend extra time & gas in driving to another location just to shoot).
• FREE - Eye & hearing protection and targets
• FREE - We’ll even furnish a handgun & ammunition to qualify with if you do not own or have access to one.

Upon completion of the class you will be provided with a Training Certificate and 2 sets of fingerprints.

Cost: $100

STEP 2 - Complete the application
Go to the Arkansas State Police website or click on the ASP Star below. There you will fill out an online application for an Arkansas concealed carry permit. The site accepts payment via debit/credit cards and eChecks.

Note: You can opt to download the printed version of the application; however, online applications will receive priority processing. See Arkansas State Police website for details

Mail your packet including the fingerprints and training certificate within 6 months of completing class to:

Expect approval or denial of your concealed handgun carry license from the state police within 120 days.

Cost: $147.25 ($141.50 for printed version but will take longer to process). These fees are paid directly to the Arkansas State Police. Shoothouse USA does not collect these fees.
